Region: Mina Gerais. Varieties: Catucai, Mundo Novo. Very nutty coffee, Walnuts, toasted Hazelnuts, Toffee with a long dry Cocoa finish.
Region: Cajamarca. Varieties: Mondo Novo, Pace, Catimor. Bright and floral acidity, sweet almonds and milk chocolate backed by subtle grapefruit notes. Expect an espresso with a delicate silky texture.
Region: Lempira Department. Varieties: Catuai, IHACafe - 90. Comfort coffee, round and creamy, Chocolate, caramel and brown sugar combined with a pleasant delicate acidity.
Amongst the world’s finest coffees, rich in body, a fine mild flavour. A distinctive coffee with many devotees. Notes of caramel, toffee. Also nutty with subtle sweet acidity.
Region: Oromia. Varieties: Heirloom Varieties. A classic washed, floral Ethiopian bean. Freshly brewed, the citrus edge of bergamot and warmth of hops come forward on a rich chocolate base. As it cools, the sweetness mellows out to reveal tart bitter orange notes.
Wonderfully bright and fruity, with notes of toffee apple and stoned fruit. This coffee has a complex juicy body with great sweetness throughout and subtle notes of dark chocolate and biscuit in the finish.
Region: Mbeya. Varieties: N39, Bourbon, Kent. Playfully light in body and taste. Citrusy lemon peel weaves through milk chocolate, mild blackcurrant cordial and touches of liquorice. Summery and unserious.
Region: Gakenke District. Varietes: Red Bourbon. At first sip, the honeyed bitterness of a bottled lemon iced-tea appears, before mellowing into maltiness. Popping with a summery brightness and lightness of body, and fun over ice.
